We want to ensure that all of our users can enjoy the security app to the fullest. To help you determine if your smartphone is compatible with our security app, we've put together a list of the supported devices.
For iOS users, the security app requires a minimum iOS version of 12 or later to run. This means that the following iPhone models are supported:
- iPhone 5S and later
- iPod Touch (6th generation) and later
- iPad Air, iPad mini 2, and iPad (5th generation) and later
For Android users, the security app requires a minimum of Android 5.0 or later to run. This means that the following Android devices are supported:
- Samsung Galaxy S5 and later
- Google Nexus 5 and later
- Xiaomi Mi 4c, Redmi note 2, Redmi 3s and later
- Sony Xperia Z3 and later
- Android smartphones that have Android version 5.0 or later.
For Huawei users, the security app requires a minimum of EMUI 3.1 which is a custom version of Android 5.1. Huawei smartphones with HarmonyOS are supported as well. Despite HarmonyOS being a distinct operating system, it is able to run Android apps. The following Huawei smartphones are supported:
- Huawei P8 and later
- Huawei Honor 7 and later
- Huawei Mate X and later
Please note that these are the minimum requirements for running the, and the security app may work on other devices not listed here. However, we cannot guarantee that the security app will run smoothly on devices that do not meet the minimum requirements.
